🔧 Returns for Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty or damaged, you may be eligible for a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:
The item has a manufacturing defect not caused by misuse.
The item was misrepresented in its product description.
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details.
🔁 Return Shipping Costs
- For returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Optional collection service is available for a 10% handling fee.
- For faulty, damaged, or misrepresented items: GoWFH will cover return shipping costs or arrange free collection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Repacking fees (5%) and depreciation fees (minimum 5%) may apply if items are not returned in original condition.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Please allow time for the refund to appear based on your bank’s processing timelines.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Factory seconds or display models (unless faulty).
Custom-made or tailored products.
Gift cards, vouchers, or store credits.
Consumable parts (e.g., cue tips, ping pong balls), unless defective.
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Items damaged during improper self-installation, including broken slates or stripped screws.
🔄 Exchange Policy
You may exchange an item for a product of equal or lesser value under the following conditions:
The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
The product is in original, unused, and resalable condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid.
If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference.
Items not eligible for exchange include:
Display models or factory seconds.
Items that are used, damaged, missing parts, or not in original packaging.
