At goWFH.com.au, we are committed to delivering high-quality, durable home office products that meet the highest standards for performance and reliability. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 12-month limited warranty on all eligible items across our product range.

This warranty is designed to cover any manufacturing defects under normal residential use conditions.

1. What Our Warranty Covers
Our standard 12-month limited warranty includes protection against:

✔ Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
✔ Structural failures such as cracked frames, broken welds, or collapsing legs
✔ Electrical or mechanical faults caused by manufacturing defects
✔ Material deterioration unrelated to regular wear and tear

2. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover the following:

✖ General wear and tear (e.g. scratches, dents, minor surface marks, fabric fading)
✖ Damage caused by improper assembly, overloading, misuse, or neglect
✖ Weather or environmental damage (e.g. rust, UV exposure, excessive humidity, mould)
✖ Consumables such as cushions, rubber parts, batteries, charging cables (unless faulty on arrival)
✖ Any modifications, third-party repairs, or use of non-original parts
✖ Use in commercial, rental, or public environments (unless specified as commercial-grade)
✖ Complimentary or promotional items (bonus accessories are excluded)

3. Pre-Order and Custom Products
Warranty also applies to pre-order and custom-made products once delivered, but production lead time (usually 4–8 weeks) is not covered under warranty. Any damage occurring during shipment is covered under our standard policy — please inspect goods upon arrival and notify us immediately of any issues.

4. Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this policy:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email customerservice@homelements.com.au with the following:

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

A detailed description of the issue and when it occurred

Clear photos or video showing the defect

Step 2: Assessment
Our team will review your claim and may request more details. If approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

🔹 Replacement parts for specific faulty components

🔹 Full product replacement if the issue cannot be repaired

🔹 Refund (if no replacement is available), in line with our Refund & Exchange Policy

5. Extended Warranty Options
At this time, goWFH.com.au does not offer extended warranties, but we are actively exploring this option for selected categories. Stay tuned for updates.

6. Additional Terms
Warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

If a product is discontinued, we may offer a replacement of similar value or design

If a claim is rejected due to ineligibility (e.g. misuse), return shipping fees may apply

7. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Under the ACL:

✔ You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
✔ You are entitled to a repair or replacement if a product fails to meet acceptable quality but the failure is not major
